Client Requirements:
Comprehensive Measured Building Surveys together with external elevations, we also undertook Topographical Surveys for 11 car parks for their refurbishment programme.
Our Role:
Over 4.5 million square foot of retail space surveyed in 131 stores to date. We were responsible for collating existing store data arranging site access and liaising with project partners to ensure a phased delivery of the survey data to meet the project deadlines.
Client Benefits:
Dedicated survey teams using touch screen computer tablets with measured building software ensured minimum disruption during the store surveys and a consistent end product. All surveys throughout the extensive programme were completed on schedule.
In addition Interlock were able to provide additional services such as Utility Surveys, Floor Level and Slab Thickness Surveys.
