Set in 450 acres of parkland, this world class rowing center hosted the world rowing championships in 2006 and was the venue for the Olympic rowing and sprint canoeing in 2012.
Proposed works at the site included the installation of a new 50m span bridge, a cut through between the competition lake and return lane with a new bridge over the return lake along with an upgrade of the access road to the competition venue.
Interlock Surveys completed a survey at the lake and from the Master Plan set out the control data for the works during the construction stage.
All work was carried out with minimum interface with members of the public. Survey control points were discreet having no marker spray for identification.
