Client Requirements:
Client required a full site survey to form the basis for the proposed refurbishment and extensions to the hospital

Our Role:
As the lead surveyors, Interlock Surveys were commissioned to undertake a Topographical Survey of the site together with a Measured Building Survey of the hospital as a whole, including both internal and external elevations. In addition the
client required an Underground Utility Survey together with a CCTV Drainage Survey and selective trial pits to confirm the service positions.

Client Benefits:
The hospital suffered from minimum disruption to both patients and staff because we coordinated the survey work around the hospital’s critical activity and worked closely with all of the relevant hospital departments. Survey data was released in a phased approach, as agreed with the client; we controlled the activities of all the other specialist surveys to deliver this. Interlock Surveys liaised directly with the project end users regarding technical queries and release of information on a regular basis to ensure total client satisfaction.
